Juliana Malacarne - IFBB Figure Pro

I did a write up on IFBB Figure Pro Juliana Malacarne last year on my other fitness women blog, but I wanted to do an update on her here.
Juliana is of Italian heritage, but was born in Brazil.
And like many of the other female fitness beauties that I do write up on here, she is multi-talented.
She's not only a fitness pro, but a female personal trainer, nutritionist and female fitness model.

Jackie Warner

Jackie Warner was born on August 17th, 1968 in Fairborn, Ohio.
She is a fitness trainer, probably best known for her work on Work Out, a Bravo TV reality show.
Jackie owns Sky Sport and Spa, a gym and spa in Beverly Hills that she opened in 2002, and an outrageous set of abs.

Besides being a professional personal trainer, Jackie has done work as a model, actress, and script coordinator for Warner Brothers.
Before becoming a fitness star, she founded and co-owned a company in the cellular phone industry that went on to become the third top-grossing cellular phone company in Southern California.

As an actress, she appeared in the Irish comedy TV series "Killinaskully".

Jillian Michaels

Jillian Michaels is the fitness expert that rose to fame on the NBC TV show The Biggest Loser.
She was the Red Team trainer until 2006, when she was replaced by Kim Lyons.
Jillian returned to the show in 2007 as the Black Team trainer.
She and Bob Harper are also the trainers on the Australian version of the show.

Jillian was overweight as a child, and her mother enrolled her in martial arts classes.
She took hold of that, got herself in shape and became determined to help others get in shape as well.
(She's been practicing Muay Thai and Akarui-Do for 17 years now)

Jillian's workout for her clients blends kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, plyometrics, and weight training together, giving them a total package.

Besides The Biggest Loser, Jillian hosts a Sunday talk radio show on Los Angeles' KFI (640 AM).

Jillian released a video game for the Nintendo Wii called Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009 in October 2008.

Sondra Hopkins

Sondra Hopkins is a personal trainer, NPC figure competitor and she owns the Fit Life Studio in Boerne, Texas.
She was also bodybuilding.com's Transformation of the Week, Women.

Catherine Holland (Catherine Boshuizen) is a IFBB Pro Figure Competitor, a fitness model and personal trainer
She was born on March 21, 1980 in Portland, Oregon, but she now resides in Orlando, Florida.
Catherine stands 5’7”, weighs in at 130 lbs (contest weight) and 140-145 (off season).
She has a BS and MS degrees in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University and she is a business owner and instructor of Celebration Boot Camps.

Katka Kyptova

One of the things that I like about doing this blog is that I get to feature all types of women here.
And thank you to the people out there that have commented on the diversity of the women I've presented.

Today's entry is Katka Kyptova.
Katka is a fitness competitor, bench press competitor, personal trainer, coach and Pilates instructor.
She was born on September 19th, 1983 in Mladá Boleslav, in the Czech Republic.
She stands 5'5, and weighs from 138.9lbs contest weight to 169.7lbs off season.

Jamie Eason

Who doesn't like Jamie Eason?
She's very popular on the internet, and she seems to be a very nice young lady, who actually goes into forums and posts.
To get into the incredible shape you see here, Jamie used a personal trainer and nutritionist.
It looks like it really paid off.
I can't really find much on her in the way of contest history....
Maybe someone out there can tell us where she has competed.

Besides being a fitness model, she is a computer software consultant.
Jamie has been on the cover of Oxygen Magazine twice.

Melissa Merritt

This sleek and muscled personal trainer, figure competitor, and fitness model is Melissa Merritt from Austin, Texas.
Melissa won the Figure Overall title in Las Vegas at the Fitness America World Championships on November 21, 2008.
Melissa just ran a Fitness Bootcamp with fellow fitness stars Abby Marie and Brenda Mikalajunas.
Abby Marie is also being trained by Melissa.
